NATIONAL TRUST TRELISSICK GARDENS

Trelissick (outside of Truro) has a woodland garden with formal lawns, herbaceous borders, exotic planting, an orchard and views over the River Fal.

The house is only open on the ground floor and only two rooms, the west library & drawing room. The other downstairs lounges/rooms are now where you can sit and take in the views while having tea/coffee and pretending to be Lord/Lady of the house.

Coach departs Forde Park 09.30 (tbc) followed by pickups

Railway Station (park side)

Community Centre Kingsteignton Road, Old Grammar School and Ashburton Road route out of Newton Abbot & Ivybridge.

We will have a coffee stop & time to look around at Tamar View Garden Centre before making our way to Trelissick Gardens.
